The announcement came during the Hindu Rashtriya Adhiveshan, where Sai noted the rise in conversion incidents. Furthermore, the Chief Minister addressed the issue of stray cattle, emphasizing efforts to manage cow shelters and keep roads clear of animals. He also praised the work of individuals like Dilip Singh Judeo and his son in promoting the ‘Ghar Wapsi’ (Homecoming) movement.
