He bought everyday items worth 1,645 rupees and made the payment via UPI. He engaged with other customers to get their perspectives on the impact of GST rate reductions on household goods. During the visit, the Chief Minister bought supplies and experienced the price reductions from GST. He took the time to engage with citizens. He asked about the impact of changes on household budgets, and also talked to young and older people about their lives. His presence was well-received. Shoppers shared their views on GST reforms, mentioning the relief from lower prices on medicine and groceries. The Chief Minister mentioned that the goal was to ensure the reforms benefited everyone. He purchased items and recognized that the reforms are helping families. He also spoke about the importance of supporting the Swadeshi initiative, receiving support from those present.
