A man was killed in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, after a dispute initiated when a dog barked at another individual. The ensuing confrontation escalated to the point where the dog owner was fatally attacked with an axe. The victim’s uncle was also injured while attempting to intervene. Police have apprehended the three suspects involved in the crime, including two minors. Authorities are investigating whether the incident was a culmination of prior disputes.
