A mother-son team has been arrested by the Raipur police for their involvement in a gold fraud scheme. The suspects used fake gold bracelets to deceive jewelers in Raipur and Bilaspur, obtaining genuine gold in return. The authorities have recovered gold ornaments, cash, and the car used in the crimes, with a total estimated worth of around 8.5 lakh rupees.
