In his keynote, Shah lauded the multi-pronged offensive: fortified security protocols, infrastructure push into remote areas, financial crackdowns on Naxals, and surrender incentives. These efforts, he said, are decisively weakening the insurgency, paving the way for complete elimination before March 31, 2026.
Chhattisgarh’s evolution from a Naxal bastion to a development vanguard was a focal point. Under PM Modi’s double-engine regime, the state is fostering youth talent in forensics, sports, and tech, all while honoring traditions.
Shah stressed an all-out war on Maoism, which has long stifled progress. ‘Coordination is key—no letting insurgents slip to other states,’ he directed. This unified strategy aims to eradicate the menace that bred generational despair.
