Authorities in Mungeli, Chhattisgarh, have arrested a man for the murder of his mother and the assault of his father. The suspect, identified as Dinesh Kosle, was taken into custody following the incident in Sarangpur village. The 34-year-old, was allegedly driven by family conflicts. On July 23, an argument led to a violent outburst. Dinesh attacked his mother, Devki Bai Kosle, while she slept, causing her death with multiple blows to the head using a heavy object. His father, Samaru Kosle, was also attacked with an axe and sustained serious injuries. The father was hospitalized. Following the report, the police swiftly investigated, arresting Dinesh within 24 hours and seizing the implements used in the crime.
