The explosion occurred near Dondra village during a patrol conducted amidst a bandh called by Naxal groups. The injured were swiftly transported to Konta hospital for treatment. The incident took place between 9 and 10 AM. Deputy CM Vijay Shamra mourned the loss of ASP Giripunje, calling him a brave officer. This incident highlights the ongoing Naxal threat in the region. Security forces have initiated search operations.
