Turning 62, Chhattisgarh CM Vishnu Deo Sai chose service over celebration, inaugurating a blood donation camp with a poignant puja to Lord Dhanvantari. He applauded the 62 donors, arranged specially by Alpha Globe Foundation and Shivnath Blood Center, embodying his commitment to human welfare.
‘Blood donation is humanity’s true service,’ proclaimed Sai. He detailed its impact: during mishaps, deliveries, or grave health crises, it infuses life-saving hope. Certificates handed to donors guarantee free blood for them or kin in need, streamlining crisis response.
Directing his message to the youth, the CM called for yearly donations and strict adherence to traffic norms. Gratitude flowed to donors, event managers, medical staff, and health authorities, with best wishes for the camp’s triumph.
The organizers target 11,000 units of blood collection per year, partnering with banks for no-cost aid to patients. An integrated safe transport campaign amplified the event’s life-affirming message.
The day peaked emotionally at Jashpur’s Balak Ashram, Bagiya. CM Sai’s arrival sparked joy; he cut cake amid cheers, delved into kids’ school progress and visions, and inspired relentless pursuit of goals.
Personally serving cake and chocolates, he blessed them tenderly: ‘Dedicate to learning, chase grand dreams, and bring glory to your loved ones and state.’ Their radiant joy, he said, outshone any gift, etching a memorable chapter of affection.
