Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, addressing a gathering in Burhanpur on May 6, squarely blamed Congress, Left parties, and TMC for West Bengal’s developmental lag. He confidently predicted that BJP’s rule would bring unprecedented governance reforms and accelerated growth to the state.

Yadav minced no words: ‘These parties—Congress, Leftists, TMC—shoved West Bengal into the shadows of underdevelopment. BJP’s era will deliver high-speed progress and effective administration.’ The statement drew applause, underscoring public frustration with past leaders.

He further indicted Congress for fostering division, noting that voters are now alert to their maneuvers. Charting BJP’s course, Yadav envisioned, ‘Victory in 2029 is just the start; we’re geared for dominance through 2047 with an emphasis on inclusive, enduring development strategies.’

Spotlighting milestones, he recalled BJP’s entry into Bengal’s assembly with three seats in 2016, a foundation for their expanding stronghold.

Yadav also touched on historical inspirations, crediting ‘Vande Mataram’ for galvanizing freedom fighters’ spirits. He rebuked Congress for anthem-related rifts and neglecting patriotic values.

With PM Modi at the helm, India’s global economic stature is rising, and Madhya Pradesh is fueling this through investment-friendly policies and industrial proliferation.

Agriculture remains a cornerstone, alongside industry, with initiatives to boost farmer earnings and youth jobs. The ‘Kisan Kalyan Varsh’ drives rural prosperity via superior irrigation, market connectivity, and crop variety promotion.

Yadav’s pointed critique positions BJP as Bengal’s development savior in the lead-up to future polls.
