Chief Minister Mohan Yadav positioned Ujjain as the world’s nexus of intellect, science, and contemplation, chosen by Shri Krishna as his academic abode, while addressing Maharaja Vikramaditya University’s 30th convocation.

The ceremony dazzled with accolades – degrees to 181, gold medals to 198, a D-Litt honor, and PhDs for 88 scholars. Governor Patel, chancellor, described Ujjain’s profound impact, citing the CM’s own alumni success. He exhorted youth to internalize university values, repay family debts, venerate teachers, and commit to unity and progress.

‘Beyond parchments, education forges nation-builders,’ he stressed. Yadav traced Ujjain’s grandeur: hub of diverse arts and sciences, Emperor Vikramaditya’s bastion of ethical rule, cultural sentinel, and justice icon.

Spanning seven decades, the university has equipped global leaders; its regal affiliation heightens prestige. This rite signals education’s continuum, a life-altering juncture demanding endless curiosity.

Renowned for luminaries like poet Suman and archaeologist Wakankar, it led in modern curricula like farming and dairy tech. Yadav pledged Rs 51 lakh for instruments, drones for agri school, and a bus for field trips.

Madhya Pradesh surges under PM Modi, with 2026 as farmer-focused year. For 2028 Simhastha, intensive prep ensures pilgrim ease – from transport to sacred dips, prioritizing hygiene, navigation, and tech innovations.

He envisioned graduates as development dynamos, faithfully executing duties across domains to exalt kin, society, and homeland.
