MUMBAI: The Customs division has recovered 500 grams of cocaine price Rs 5 crore from a lady passenger, who arrived on the metropolis worldwide airport from Ethiopia, following which she was arrested, officers mentioned.
The girl had arrived in Mumbai on Friday from Addis Ababa by Ethiopian Airlines flight, the customs division mentioned in a tweet.
“The woman identified as Sierra Leonean was placed under arrest after the recovery of the drug,” it mentioned. The drug was discovered hid in her purse, it added within the tweet.
