The Uttar Pradesh authorities on Tuesday stated there’s a provision of giving Rs 50 lakh ex-gratia to households of all authorities, companies, and different division workers who died attributable to COVID-19 whereas working for prevention and therapy of the virus.
Till October 26, 2020, households of 19 personnel who died because of the virus have been given the quantity of Rs 50 lakh every.

In a written reply to a query by Samajwadi Party member Mohd Faheem Irfan within the state meeting, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated the ex-gratia provision of Rs 50 lakh is for all workers of presidency, semi-government, companies, autonomous establishments, contractual staff, working for the prevention and therapy of COVID-19.
