CPI(M) workplace attacked in Kozhikode district
The ruling CPI(M) workplace at Balussery close to right here was allegedly attacked by a bunch of IUML-led UDF employees within the wee hours of Monday, police stated.
The workplace at Karumala in Thenamkuzhiyil close to right here was allegedly set on fireplace by a bunch together with members of the Congress and the Indian Union Muslim League (IUML), who threw fireplace sticks inside it.
Kozhikode Rural SP A Sreenivas informed P T I that some furnishings was broken within the incident that occurred round 2 AM.
“There is some news that the attackers used a petrol bomb but we have no confirmation. Our team is investigating and more details are awaited,” he stated.
The locals and the police put out the fireplace instantly because of which a lot harm wasn’t brought about to the workplace, sources stated.
