A 40-year-old man, Bikshu Lal, was killed in a hit-and-run incident in Delhi’s Moti Bagh on Friday night. The accident happened when a speeding SUV struck Lal while he was standing near his motorcycle. The driver fled the scene. Police are currently searching for the driver and are reviewing CCTV footage near the accident site. Authorities discovered empty liquor bottles inside the vehicle, fueling the possibility that the driver was intoxicated. The victim’s family is appealing for justice, emphasizing the impact of the loss on their family, particularly the five children who are now without their father.
