Prime Minister Narendra Modi is gearing up for a tour of Mizoram, Manipur, Assam, West Bengal, and Bihar from September 13th to 15th. During this period, he will oversee the launch and foundation stone laying of various projects, totaling an estimated ₹71,850 crore. In Aizawl, Mizoram, the Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay the foundation for multiple development projects valued at over ₹9,000 crore and address the public. In Manipur, he will lay the foundation stone for projects worth over ₹7,300 crore in Churachandpur and will address the public. Projects worth over ₹1,200 crore will be inaugurated in Imphal, followed by a public function. In Assam, the Prime Minister will attend the 100th birth anniversary celebrations of Bharat Ratna Bhupen Hazarika in Guwahati. On September 14th, he will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for major infrastructure and industrial development projects worth over ₹18,530 crore. Further events include inaugurating the 16th Combined Commanders’ Conference-2025 in Kolkata, West Bengal, and the new terminal building of Purnea airport in Bihar. In Purnea, he will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate development projects worth approximately ₹36,000 crore. The launch of the National Makhana Board in Bihar will also be a key highlight.
