A series of raids, prompted by the arrest of an ISIS terrorist by Delhi Police, were carried out at more than 12 different locations across the country. As a result of these operations, eight or more individuals suspected of terrorist involvement were taken into custody. The main suspect, identified as Aftab, resides in Mumbai. Ashar Danish was also apprehended in Ranchi on suspicion of terrorist activities. The arrests were a joint operation conducted by the Delhi Police, Jharkhand ATS, and Ranchi Police. Authorities are currently questioning the detained suspects.
