Five killed, a number of injured as truck falls into river in Madhya Pradesh

BHOPAL: Four minors and a girl had been killed and lots of others injured when a truck wherein they had been travelling overturned and fell right into a river in Madhya Pradesh’s Datia district on Wednesday, state Home Minister Narottam Mishra stated.
The accident passed off within the wee hours close to Buhara village in Datia district when some individuals from Gwalior had been going to Jatara in Tikamgarh district for a wedding ceremony, Mishra informed reporters.
The truck carrying the individuals, belonging to the Khatik group, overturned and fell into the river, he stated. A 65-year-old lady, a boy aged 15 and three different youngsters had been killed within the accident, he stated.
Many others had been injured. Most of them had been rescued and present process remedy in hospital, the minister stated. A rescue operation was underway on the spot, he added.
