On April 9, a patrol team at Shermanath Bandh spotted erratic behavior from two men in Garholi, leading to the arrest of Shubham Jain and Rahul Kumar with 115 grams in possession.
Follow-up raids netted Vishal Bhardwaj on April 18, yielding 101.4 grams personally and 264 grams from his Gurugram base.
Core revelations identified Urmesh, Malana resident and chief supplier, nabbed via a specialized Himachal operation. Hardeep, the vital link transporting consignments to Delhi, is set for formal arrest from his current custody.
