The Prime Minister launched new express trains after inaugurating the Bairabi-Sairang New Rail line in Mizoram. The visit also highlighted the commencement of various development projects in Churachandpur, amounting to over Rs 7,300 crore. These projects include road improvements, drainage upgrades, and highway projects. In his address, PM Modi acknowledged the difficult circumstances and the courage of the people of Manipur. He also expressed his optimism, asserting that a new era of hope is dawning in the state, particularly after engaging with those impacted by the unrest. His visit underscored a commitment to addressing the region’s challenges through development and support.
