Punjab is facing a significant cold wave, while Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, and Odisha have been placed under a yellow alert due to anticipated dense fog. Commuters in affected areas, particularly Delhi, are warned of reduced visibility and advised to exercise caution.
