Bihar Minister Dilip Jaiswal didn’t mince words, branding Congress’s tactics in Parliament as a deliberate plot to foment disorder unconstitutionally. In a wide-ranging IANS conversation, he lambasted the grand old party and allies for trying to paralyze governance post-public mandate loss.
“Post-rejection by voters, these unconstitutional antics to topple the regime won’t stand. India is observing,” Jaiswal warned.
Shifting focus to state security, he outlined Bihar’s tough anti-crime drive. “Criminals: shape up or ship out. Harboring them invites consequences, no exceptions for politicians or self-proclaimed guardians. Bihar’s era of leniency is over.”
Jaiswal fired back at JUP’s Humayun Kabir’s provocative line against Yogi Adityanath: ‘Bengal, not UP.’ “Divisive powers seek chaos. This soil is Sanatan Dharma’s bastion, not Babur’s domain. They’re the real separators.”
He beamed with pride over Nitin Nabin’s BJP presidency. “Bihar rejoices: our 45-year-old assembly member helms a global giant party—a badge of honor statewide.”
On Ajit Pawar’s fatal crash queries, Jaiswal urged rationality. “Conspiracy claims abound, but investigations can settle facts if warranted.”
Jaiswal’s forthright views project Bihar as a fortress against crime and political mischief, championing democratic order and heritage amid national debates.
