A placement training program was held at the Aviram College of Education in Tiko Kudu for the 2023-2025 session trainees. Shiv Shankar, from the Placement Cell, organized the event, which commenced with the lighting of a lamp by distinguished guests. Representatives from reputed schools in the region attended to facilitate placement discussions. The event saw participation from Principal Siven Evenglin Ekka from Oxbridge School Hirhi, School Secretary Mo Taufiq, Shabnam and Pooja from Aviram School of Excellence, Principal Amit Kumar, teachers Rahul and Martha Lakra from Sacred Knowledge Public School, Ravindra Oraon from Spring Dale Public School, Asrita and Saurabh from Aviram Academy Maradih, and Swati Kumari and Babli Kumari from SD English Medium School, who also conducted the trainee interviews. During the program, the trainees exhibited confidence, knowledge, and strong reasoning skills. College Principal Dr. Pratima Tripathi explained that such placement programs are organized annually to guide students on employment prospects and interview protocols. The guests offered encouragement to the trainees preparing for interviews and provided helpful advice. Several individuals, including Pankaj, Renuka, Mamta, Pawan, Kundan, Sandeep, Dolly, and Aarti, were present.
