The Ghatshila Assembly by-election is moving forward with the initial randomization of micro-observers taking place in the District Collectorate auditorium. This process, part of the 2025 election preparations, was attended by General Observer Rakhi Biswas and District Election Officer Karn Satyarthi. With voting set for November 11th across 300 polling centers in Ghatshila, 36 micro-observers have been assigned through a random selection. This group includes an additional six observers tasked with monitoring 30 specific polling locations. The final selection and placement of these micro-observers will be finalized on November 9th. The District Election Officer underscored the essential function of micro-observers in maintaining election integrity and transparency, directing officials to diligently implement all Election Commission guidelines.
