Jharkhand Healthcare Reform: Centralized Hub for X-Ray, MRI Reports

Jharkhand is poised to become a pioneer in digital health with the upcoming launch of its Central Radiology Hub. Health Minister Dr. Irfan Ansari stated that the government is working rapidly to link all government hospitals to a specialized reporting center. This move is designed to ensure that patients do not have to suffer due to a lack of specialists at local healthcare centers. The new system will streamline the entire process of medical imaging. Once an X-ray or CT scan is performed at a government facility, the digital file will be sent immediately to the hub. Expert radiologists will then analyze the images and issue a report through the digital network, saving time and travel costs for the underprivileged.
