The Jharkhand High Court is closely monitoring the progress of the Assistant Acharya exam. Following a hearing, the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) filed an affidavit outlining the expected release dates for the results. The results for mathematics and science are expected in the second week of July, while the social science results are anticipated in the third or fourth week of July. The court, under Chief Justice MS Ramachandra Rao and Justice Rajesh Shankar, expressed concerns over the examination’s pace. This action came after a public interest litigation was filed by the economist Jean Dreze, who brought the matter to light. The court mandated the JSSC to provide a detailed schedule in an affidavit.
