Meteorological experts indicate that the interaction of moisture-laden winds will result in widespread precipitation across various districts. The primary concern for the state administration remains the high probability of lightning strikes (vazrapat), which often cause significant damage in rural hinterlands.

The weather bulletin specifies that on May 4th, districts like Deoghar, Jamtara, and Dumka will see the initial onset of these conditions. By the following day, the system is expected to expand to cover nearly the entire state. The combination of hail and high-speed winds is a particular threat to the agricultural sector, specifically for those with unharvested crops.
