In Ranchi, the second International Meditation Day on December 21st was celebrated with the release of an updated version of ‘Yoga Ek Drishti Mein’, a book penned by Dr. Parineeta Singh and Dr. Archana Kumari. The ceremonial launch was conducted by the Union Minister of State for Defence, Sanjay Seth, at his official residence. This marks the fourth book from the duo on the subject of yoga, building on their previous works: ‘Yoga Ek Drishti Mein’ (original), ‘Abhyasam’, and ‘Paramparik Yoga’. Dr. Singh articulated that the authors aim to reflect their commitment to Indian traditions through this book, which is suitable and beneficial for learners of any age. Dr. Kumari elaborated on the book’s content, stating that ‘Yoga Ek Drishti Mein’ endeavors to impart the subtle knowledge of yoga in a theoretical framework, presented in a way that is easily graspable for everyone, regardless of their prior experience.
