The newly appointed SSP of Ranchi, Rakesh Ranjan, met with Chief Minister Hemant Soren at the Chief Minister’s residential office in Ranchi. The meeting, held on Tuesday, was also attended by City SP Paras Rana and Traffic SP Rakesh Singh. It was a courtesy visit. Previously, Rakesh Ranjan served as the SP of Chaibasa. The government had transferred several IPS officers on September 19, which resulted in Rakesh Ranjan’s appointment as the new SSP of Ranchi.
