However, the presentation was overshadowed by the opposition’s aggressive demonstrations, including slogan shouting and forceful gestures on the assembly floor. Speaker Rabindranath Mahto’s appeals for a structured discussion during the Zero Hour were ignored. The opposition’s persistent protest led to the adjournment of the house until the following day.
