RSS Jharkhand Province Organizes Training Camp Route March

On Friday, the city of Jamshedpur served as the backdrop for a massive 'Path Sanchalan' organized by the Jharkhand unit of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. This route march was a highlight of the Sangh Shiksha Varg, an intensive training program designed to sharpen the organizational skills and patriotic commitment of its members. A total of 302 swayamsevaks, representing different parts of the region, participated in the march, which began at 5 PM from Mango’s Transport Nagar. Before the marchers hit the road, a series of traditional rituals were performed. The volunteers assembled in full uniform for an inspection, followed by the hoisting of the flag and the Sangh's daily prayer. These rituals are central to the RSS ethos, emphasizing a deep connection to national heritage and collective responsibility. Once the formalities were completed, the procession moved out, led by the 'Ghosh' unit, whose cadence guided the marchers through the city. The route from Transport Nagar to Rajasthan Bhawan was lined with spectators who came out to witness the event. The volunteers' discipline and the orderly nature of the march were the subjects of much discussion among the residents. The march served as a public demonstration of the values taught within the training camp, including social harmony and leadership. RSS officials emphasized that the camp's curriculum is designed to create 'Swayamsevaks' who are ready to serve the nation in various capacities. The enthusiasm of the Jamshedpur public was a notable feature of the evening. Citizens from all walks of life stood on balconies and sidewalks, showering flowers on the participants as they passed by. This spontaneous show of support provided a significant morale boost to the trainees. As the march returned to its starting point to conclude the day's activities, officials acknowledged the support of the local administration and the public. The current session of the Sangh Shiksha Varg is an extensive engagement that will wrap up on June 10, 2026.
