Soren Orders Urgent Recruitment Drive for Jharkhand Health Department

Chief Minister Hemant Soren has made it clear that the shortage of medical staff in Jharkhand will no longer be tolerated. In a high-level review meeting at the Jharkhand Secretariat, he ordered the immediate acceleration of recruitment for ANM, GNM, and specialist doctors. Soren emphasized that the state’s priority is to reach the most remote rural areas with quality healthcare, which is only possible if there is adequate manpower. He also directed that all Sadar hospitals must maintain high standards of cleanliness and suggested the introduction of air-cooling concepts for patient comfort.
