Karnataka gram panchayat election outcomes 2020 UPDATES: Counting underway, BJP races forward

New Delhi: Counting for the Karnataka native physique elections is underway in numerous components of the state, together with Shivamogga and Davanagere. This is the second part of gram panchayat elections within the state. Voting for a similar had taken place on Sunday.

“Polling to 5,762 out of the total 6,004 gram panchayats will be held in two phases on December 22 and December 27. Meanwhile, counting will be held on December 30,” Karnataka State Election Commission stated.
The three important events that contested the polls are Bharatiya Janata Party, the Congress and the Janata Dal-Secular.
