LIVE: PM Modi lays basis stone of AIIMS at Rajkot

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the inspiration stone of AIIMS in Rajkot, Gujarat at present by way of video conferencing.
For the mission, 201 acres of land has been allotted. It can be constructed at an estimated value Rs 1195 crores, and is predicted to be accomplished by mid of 2022, it added.
The state-of-the-art 750-bed hospital may also have a 30-bed AAYUSH block. It could have 125 MBBS seats and 60 nursing seats.
