Agriculture tops the agenda with ₹88,910 crore, expanding to ₹1.15 lakh crore for modern techniques and farmer prosperity. ‘Laadli Behna Yojana’ champions women with ₹23,800 crore.
Signature initiatives: ₹10,400 crore VB-Giram, ₹5,500 crore farmer welfare, ₹4,600 crore health mission, ₹3,000 crore Simhastha readiness. Healthcare allocation: ₹23,747 crore. Welfare kitty of ₹1,83,708 crore dedicates 26% to STs, 17% to SCs.
Emerging flagships like ₹5,000 crore Dwarka (3 years), ₹3,800 crore property scheme, ₹700 crore milk program will revitalize rural and dairy sectors.
