Meghalaya: Sangma tweaks ballot techniques, places Trinamool on backfoot

GUWAHATI: Changing his election techniques, Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Okay Sangma, who’s the nationwide president of National People’s Party (NPP), publicly introduced the identify of a Trinamool Congress (TMC) MLA because the NPP candidate within the Tikrikilla seat.
