Defense Minister Rajnath Singh is set to begin a two-day visit to Morocco. A significant event during the visit will be the opening of a plant by Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL). This facility is significant because it represents India’s first weapons plant located outside of the country. This visit marks a first for an Indian Defense Minister. Singh is also scheduled to hold bilateral discussions with his Moroccan counterpart, Abdellatif Loudiyi. In parallel, the Delhi BJP is organizing an anti-narcotics awareness run as part of the ‘Seva Pakhwada’, a program dedicated to the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The run is projected to have around 5,000 young participants and will start from the Rugby Ground in Delhi University’s North Campus. The run is organized by Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, the BJP’s youth wing, with the flag-off scheduled for 6:30 AM.
