Net-Zero India: Dharmendra Pradhan’s Initiatives in Sambalpur and Puri

Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan championed the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ initiative in Sambalpur, a mass plantation drive aiming to support India’s net-zero goal by 2070. He highlighted the project’s significance in promoting sustainability and achieving SDG targets. Schools, colleges, and administrative offices actively took part in this movement. Previously, Pradhan, accompanied by Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, participated in the Rath Yatra in Puri. They offered prayers and acknowledged the safety and management efforts, including the use of the ICCC.
