Invoked statutes encompass UAPA, Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Explosive Substances Act, Arms Act, and safeguards against public property destruction.

The blast weaponized TATP, a peroxide-based explosive easily produced from household items. Intelligence shows preparations for drone bombings and rocket launches, signaling broader conspiracies.

Eleven suspects are under NIA lockup, with pursuits ongoing for others. This hearing could set precedents in counter-terrorism jurisprudence, reaffirming India’s unyielding stance against extremism.
