Nirbhaya-like brutality in UP’s Badaun, Aangwadi employee raped, tortured; iron rod inserted in non-public components

New Delhi: In a horrific and terrifying incident, bringing again recollections of the 2012 Nirbhaya gangrape and homicide case, a 50 yr outdated Aanganwadi employee was violated and brutally murdered in Badaun district of Uttar Pradesh.
The grotesque gangrape and muder of the Badaun girl occurred when she went to the temple to pay obeisance on Sunday night.
According to stories, the girl brutally tortured after gangrape with autopsy report confirming that an iron rod was inserted into her non-public components. The Autopsy report attributed girl’s dying to extreme blood loss and shock.
Three folks together with a priest of the temple have been charged within the incident.

Badaun District Magistrate Prashant Kumar mentioned that two folks have been arrested in reference to the case. He mentioned motion shall be taken in opposition to the accused beneath National Security Act.
“We have suspended station in-charge with immediate effect for the negligence of duty. We have tried to give a message that any negligence related to law and order will not be forgiven. Two people have been arrested in the matter and a team has been constituted to look into the arrest of absconding accused,” he mentioned.

Based on the publish mortem report and grievance by the family members, a case has been registered in opposition to three folks beneath Sections 376 (rape) and 302 (homicide) of IPC. Four groups have been shaped to nab the accused.
The National Commission for Women (NCW) has taken cognizance of alleged gangrape and homicide of 0-year-old girl and written to state Director General of Police (DGP) Hitesh C Awasthy, in search of his intervention within the case.
“One NCW member is going to the spot to investigate the matter to meet the family and the police and take stock of the situation. NCW will be following this case closely and we will make sure that justice will be delivered,” NCW chairperson Rekha Sharma mentioned.
What Chief Medical Officer mentioned on Badaun gangrape
Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Dr Yashpal Singh, talking on the horrific case, mentioned that the girl suffered accidents on her non-public components which clearly signifies that it’s a rape case.

“As per the post-mortem report, the woman got injuries on her private parts and she also got fractures. There were tears and she had a fracture on one of her legs. There was excessive bleeding and the bleeding led to shock and that led to the patient’s death. Prima facie, it is a rape as she got injuries on her private parts. Her viscera has been sent to the lab for testing,” Singh mentioned.
