Returning to his roots, BJP’s National President and Bankipur MLA Nitin Nabin captivated the Bihar Legislative Assembly on Tuesday amid the budget session proceedings. His speech was a masterclass in political maturity, reflecting on lessons learned and future commitments.
Humbled by the honors, Nabin profusely thanked the assembly for the platform that honed his skills. ‘This day was beyond my wildest dreams,’ he confessed. He elaborated on how the house bridges ideological divides, fostering skills essential for public service. ‘Here, one learns to prioritize the assembly’s honor above all,’ he stressed.
Extolling CM Nitish Kumar’s role, Nabin credited him for Bihar’s image makeover. ‘The respect Bihar enjoys today stems from 20 years of dedicated transformation,’ he affirmed. Paralleling this with PM Narendra Modi’s leadership, he pointed to a shared dedication to service and governance. ‘Let this be our guiding light,’ he exhorted members.
Nabin urged politicians to cultivate deep public ties that persist beyond their time in office. ‘Legacy is built on lasting affection from the people,’ he philosophized. His tenure across benches has reinforced the assembly’s pivotal role as democracy’s nurturer in Bihar. Reassuring all, he promised active involvement in state development as an MLA.
Envisioning a bright future, Nabin rallied behind Modi and Nitish to propel Bihar towards development. ‘As Bihar’s stature rises, so does our collective honor. India will develop, Bihar will develop, and its lost glory will return,’ he declared passionately. The assembly echoed with approval, marking a unifying moment in Bihar politics.
