Overcrowded bus ferrying migrant employees from Delhi to Tikamgarh in MP overturns, 3 lifeless

At least three individuals had been killed and 7 injured after a bus ferrying labourers from Delhi to Tikamgarh in Madhya Pradesh toppled at Jhorasi ghati in Gwalior. The bus was carrying no less than 100 labourers, a number of occasions greater than its capability.

SP Gwalior, Amit Sanghi mentioned, “Overloaded bus carrying more than 100 labourers going from New Delhi to Tikamgarh got disbalanced at Jourasi ghati. At least 3 died, 7 are injured.”
A passenger on the bus, however, claimed there have been 300 individuals on board. She additionally alleged the driving force was in an inebriated situation.
Other passengers claimed they had been overcharged for the journey, and paid Rs 700 for one ticket.
