Presidential polls: Voted based on my conscience, says insurgent Congress MLA Kuldeep Bishnoi

CHANDIGARH/NEW DELHI: Haryana Congress MLA Kuldeep Bishnoi, who cross-voted in final month’s Rajya Sabha polls, on Monday mentioned he has voted based on his conscience within the presidential election too.

Indicating that he supported NDA candidate Droupadi Murmu fairly than the opposition’s Yashwant Sinha, Bishnoi mentioned in Delhi, “Like in Rajya Sabha, I have cast my vote in this election too as per my conscience”.
