Eight individuals have been killed and 4 others injured after their jeep was hit by a trailer truck from behind in Rajasthan’s Tonk district, police stated on Wednesday. The accident befell on National Highway-12 at 2.15 am.
A jeep stuffed with passengers was hit by a trailer truck from behind. Eight individuals died on the spot and 4 others sustained accidents within the collision, SHO of Tonk Sadar police station Dashrath Singh stated.
The injured individuals have been rushed to a close-by hospital, he stated. The victims have been residents of Rajgarh in Madhya Pradesh and have been returning house, police stated.
