The child’s mother, Preeti Sahu, described the incident and her subsequent actions on August 14th. Alongside the Udaipur case, a separate incident in Delhi saw a group of individuals obstructing a dog-catching drive, allegedly assaulting municipal workers and vandalizing their vehicle.
