BJP leader Rohan Gupta unleashed a scathing attack on Congress in Ahmedabad, alleging the party is willing to jeopardize India’s worldwide image just to shine in domestic politics.
In detailed remarks to IANS, Gupta dissected the Youth Congress’s AI Summit fiasco. ‘Leaders are defending this indoor protest, prioritizing notoriety over decorum. It’s not about issues; it’s about staying in the news, even if it embarrasses 140 crore Indians internationally.’
He contrasted it with historical protests: ‘Commonwealth Games saw demonstrations outside, not disrupting events. Congress’s support for this will invite public fury – negativity never wins hearts.’
On Udhayanidhi Stalin’s anti-Modi comments, Gupta saw a pattern. ‘V frequent from opposition – Bihar elections proved it backfires. Personal barbs don’t build credibility; they erode it.’
Aligning with PM Modi, Gupta explained Congress’s slide: ‘Post-losses across states, false narratives like vote theft exposed. Distant from real issues, they’re latching onto national events to peddle politics. But attacking India’s identity won’t revive them.’
Gupta wrapped up optimistically, stressing public discernment. In an era of India’s rising clout, such missteps by Congress signal their irrelevance, paving way for development-focused leadership.
