Sadly, two people, including a woman, lost their lives in Tehri district on Sunday due to the heavy rain. Uttar Pradesh is also facing a high rain forecast across numerous districts. The IMD anticipates that Uttar Pradesh will receive more than average rainfall in September. The capital, Lucknow, received a significantly higher amount of rainfall in August. The forecast for September suggests the potential for normal or above-normal rainfall in the central regions of the state, including the capital.
