Tailor killing: NIA arrests sixth accused

JAIPUR: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Wednesday arrested a sixth particular person in reference to the killing of Kanhaiya Lal, a tailor, in Udaipur in Rajasthan and took him into custody until July 12, officers mentioned.

Lal was killed with a cleaver inside his tailoring store on June 28.

They mentioned in a video later that they hacked Lal to demise to avenge an alleged insult to Islam. The duo have been arrested inside hours of the killing.
Two different accused, recognized as Mohsin and Asif, have been arrested Thursday evening for allegedly being concerned within the conspiracy and recce of Kanhaiya Lal’s store.
The fifth accused, Mohammad Mohsin, was arrested on Monday and despatched to police remand until July 12.
