Simultaneously, a significant influx of travelers is heading towards Bihar from Punjab, Haryana, and Delhi to participate in the Chhath Puja festival. The Ministry of Railways has mobilized 13,000 special trains, with the Railway Minister personally overseeing operations. Separately, concerning incidents involving the misuse of crude PVC pipe guns during Diwali celebrations in Madhya Pradesh have resulted in serious injuries, with many individuals losing eyesight and requiring hospitalization in areas such as Bhopal, Vidisha, Jabalpur, and Seoni.
