Tongues wag as sulking Shivpal meets CM Yogi

LUCKNOW: Shivpal Singh Yadav, the sulking youthful brother of Samajwadi Party patriarch Mulayam Singh Yadav, on Wednesday met Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, triggering hypothesis of realignment of political forces.
The improvement comes amid widening rift between Shivpal, who gained the latest Assembly election from Jaswantnagar in Etawah on SP image, and his nephew and SP chief Akhilesh Yadav. After Shivpal took his oath workplace as an MLA of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly, he proceeded to Yogi’s official residence and the 2 leaders have been closeted for about 20 minutes.
When reporters requested Shivpal whether or not he intends to hitch the BJP, he didn’t refute it, merely saying that he had already taken the oath of the House and didn’t wish to say greater than that for now. For the report, Shivpal’s Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party-Lohia termed it a “courtesy call” to greet Yogi on his victory and return to energy in Uttar Pradesh.
