Tractor-trolley journey ban geared toward scuttling farmers’ agitation: Rakesh Tikait

PILIBHIT: BKU chief Rakesh Tikait on Tuesday opposed the Uttar Pradesh authorities’s transfer to ban tractor trolleys’ use for public transport, saying the choice was an try to scuttle motion of farmers, whose most popular mode of journey is thru tractors.
